In the second unit we'll teach you about the 'Holistic Approach' which covers neurogenesis, pyschological wellbeing, barrier to exercise and how to build a suitable mobility, proprioceptive and stability programme. Through the course you will be supported by the LEAP team who will be here to answer any questions you have along the way.

- How metabolism, nutrition and gut health affects women from Peri through to Menopause.
- The importance of pelvic health
- Psychological well being and how to implement positive behaviours
- Common barriers to exercise and strategies to help overcome these
- Designing a suitable mobility, proprioceptive and stability programmes
