In this course you will be taught by two industry leading personal trainers who will share their tips for coaching clients through pregnancy, based on their personal experience. In the first unit you will learn about the physiological and biomechanical changes whcih occur during pregnancy and the postnantla period, as well as the nutritional requirements for pre and postnatal clients. Then in unit 2 you will apply this knowledge and learn about the programme safely for your clients, and how to identify and risk factors.
